Terms & Conditions


1. Couture clothing. The term “couture,” Definition: the design and manufacture of fashionable clothes to a client's specific requirements and measurements. At Beyoucouture, we begin cutting the fabric for your garment only once your order is placed and your specific measurements are confirmed.

2. Payment. (2.1) All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. We do not produce any type of garment unless it has been fully paid. (2.2) In case of payment plans, we will start making the order as soon as the last payment has been received.

3. Credit Card transactions. We work with third party payments card processors to ensure the safety of your information. All transactions are completed with a secure SSL encrypted credit card processor, which ensures that all of your information stays private and secure. The safeguarding of your payment information is the sole responsibility of our card payment processor partner(s).

4. Pricing. (4.1) We pride ourselves on fair pricing in return for quality craftsmanship. The ultimate price is determined by choice of cloth and method of construction. (4.2) The quoted price is final once the order has been placed and paid. Any future action or discount cannot be applied to past orders.

5. Payment plans. (5.1) We offer easy payment plans to help you spread the cost of your order. (5.2) The length of the plan is determined together with you and depends on the date you want your finished garment. (5.3) There is no fee or interest charged for this service. The monthly amount to be paid is the total of your order, divided by the term (number of months) chosen. (5.4) Cancellations of payment plans are not permitted, since Beyoucouture already buys some of the materials needed for your order to ensure fast delivery once the payment plan is fully paid. (5.5) In rare cases where the customer has a valid reason for cancellation (e.g. death, cancellation of wedding) Beyoucouture will allow the cancellation of the payment plan for the amount paid minus cost incurred (fabric, card processing fees, etc..) and minus a $ 100 back office fee. (5.6) Cancellation request will be judged on a case to case basis and Beyoucouture might request proof of the cancellation reason. It is at Beyoucouture sole discretion to accept the reason for cancellation or not.

6. Order confirmation and changes. (6.1) You must check the order form(s) and confirm that all the design, measurement and fit details are correct at the time of purchase. (6.2) If you haven’t made a choice for any part of your garment, the default choice will automatically be applied. (6.3) Beyoucouture starts making the garments 24 hours after your measurement session and when the order has been fully paid. Any changes to an order must be made within 24 hours after the order confirmation. After this time period, the details of the order will be considered officially confirmed and the manufacturing process will start. (6.4)Refunds and cancelations are not permittedonce the manufacturing process has started. If the order consists of multiple garments, the start of the manufacturing process is marked by the first piece. (6.5) Beyoucouture cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart on your part. Neither can Beyoucouture accept returns where you request a change to an existing order and Beyoucouture cannot fulfil that change. (6.6) In the event of a dispute between you and Beyoucouture over the details of the order, the details on the original order form are taken as the final order.

7. Your fabric. (7.1) If you choose to use your own fabric or lining for your garments made by Beyoucouture, you are responsible for providing the material in a timely matter. (7.2) You are obliged to, on demand and where necessary provide additional fabric or lining when necessary. Beyoucouture has sole discretion on whether the fabric or lining is deemed acceptable or not. (7.3) Using your own materials will add 2-4 weeks to the turnaround time.

8. Turnaround time. (8.1) Ordering custom clothing is not an overnight process. We work hard to do everything we can to deliver your clothes within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. While this is not always possible, we strive daily to hit this goal. (8.2) In select situations, it may be possible to further expedite your order for an additional fee. (8.3) For special events and occasions, be sure to place your order 8-10 weeks in advance, as delivery timelines may fluctuate throughout the year and are subject to change based on a range of factors that are sometimes outside of our control. (8.4) Even if there is a material delay in the timeframe with respect to your order, including but not limited to, a production delay or an out-of-stock fabric, refunds and/or cancelations are not permittedunder any circumstance. Beyoucouture (at its sole discretion) will make best faith efforts to remedy any unfavourable situations and make things right. (8.5) Beyoucouture will not be responsible for delays resulting from situations within your control, such as you not supplying your own fabric, lining or buttons on time, the recipient not being available to accept delivery, you not setting up a timely fitting appointment, or incorrect delivery details supplied. (8.6) Beyoucouture cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from situations out of our control, such as issues with manufacturing partners or transport, natural disasters, pandemics or other acts of God,

9. Alterations. (9.1) If you don’t like the fit of your bespoke garment, we will work with you to find a solution. (9.2) During your fitting session, our stylist will note any remarks you have about your fit. (9.3) If you discover any other issues, contact us about possible changes within 14 days of receiving your garments. (9.4) We offer up to $75 in alterations credit per custom suit for fit issues unrelated to weight gain or loss. (9.5) For all alterations, Beyoucouture prefers to work with our local tailor in Apex. They deliver the highest quality will execute the alteration with the standard we strive for. If necessary, our stylist will take you there or you can go there on your own. (9.6) If you prefer to work with another tailor, they need to contact us to get an approval for the amount that will be reimbursed for that specific alteration. You will need to take the alterations form to your tailor and have the adjustments made. Once your tailor has completely filled out the alterations form, it needs to be e-mailed along with the receipt to contact@sftailors.com. You need to ensure that your tailor notes all adjustments made to the garment so that we may update your profile and process the credit. (9.7) Alterations to previously approved garments will not be covered under this policy. Only the adjustments to the first type of each garment will be reimbursed. (9.8) To qualify for the credit, the initial request must be received within 14 days after receiving the clothes. The alterations form must be received within 30 days.

10. Remakes. (10.1) Some details like shoulder width, sleeve length, jacket and shirt length and U-rise cannot be altered once the suit has been made. We pay a lot of attention to your measurements and personal fit preference during your measurement session. Any changes you want made to those parts of your final garment will usually require a remake. This remake is at your expense.(10.2) If the garment must be remade for any reason that is not SF Tailor’s responsibility, there is a remake fee. The fee depends on the type of garment. (10.3) Beyoucouture will issue a discount voucher for the amount of the remake fee, that can be used for your next purchase. This voucher is valid for 6 months, non-transferrable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other actions.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges. (11.1) As the ordered goods are custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns,and the standard refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods. (11.2) In the case of faulty goods, requests for returns or refunds must initially be supported by proof of purchase. In the case of refund, the client will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping costs previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. Beyoucouture retains full discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not. Orders will only be refunded by the original method of payment less the cost of any credit card fees. (11.4) We are 100% committed to working with you to achieve a solution. To that pursuit, we offer complimentary alterations and will remake your garment if it is deemed unalterable by our tailors. Although your satisfaction is a top priority for us, we recognize that it is impossible to measure a client’s satisfaction relative to his/her expectations and those of our expert clothiers. As such, we cannot guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products and/or service. (11.5) All ties, bow ties and pocket-squares can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they have not been worn and are accompanied by a valid receipt/invoice.

12. Weight Gain/Loss. (12.1) Beyoucouture manufactures each garment according to measurements taken by the body scanner and/or measurements taken manually during your measuring session. Beyoucouture cannot be held liable for any size variations due to weight gain or loss, or due to muscle gain or loss. (12.2) If alterations are necessary because of a substantial change in body measurements (weight loss or gain, muscle gain, etc…), you are responsible for the full cost of the alteration or remake.

13. Wear and Tear. (9.1) (13.1) Upon receiving your garments, it is your sole responsibility to inspect your garments during your fitting session and report any damages or defects to your sales representative. (13.2) You can also email contact@sftailors.comwith any issues within 7 business days of receiving your finished garments. (13.3) We strive to provide the finest fabrics and materials available to construct our garments and make sure that they are the highest quality. We cannot be responsible for damages that are caused by personal wear and/or wear and tear that is caused from use or overuse. To be clear, our warranty does not cover damage caused by a personal accident, improper care (i.e., excessive dry cleaning or mishandling by your drycleaner), negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. (13.4) Please keep in mind that certain fabrics can be very delicate; garments need to be treated with the finest care. If you want some recommendations on best practices to enhance the longevity of your garments, please reach out to your sales representative. (13.5) Dry-cleaning your garments regularly is not recommended. Most dry cleaners use harmful chemicals and agents that destroy or breakdown the fabric, thereby diminishing performance and durability. (13.6) Any holes that result from normal wear and tear will be deemed the responsibly of the client. We are committed to helping you find a solution to repair your garment, but each instance will be handled on a case by case basis. (13.7) We recommend that all clients purchase an extra pair of pants with each suit to increase the longevity of the suit.

14. Extra orders. (14.1) In case of extra orders in the same fabric as a previously ordered garment, Beyoucouture does not guarantee that the new fabric will match the old one 100%. It is likely that the new garment will be made out of a new fabric batch and colour difference are inherent to the material.

15. Gift voucher. (12.1) (15.1) A Beyoucouture gift voucher can be exchanged for goods available in-store. (15.2) Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. (15.3) If goods purchased total less than the value of the gilt voucher, any balance will be left as a credit on your account and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.
